Ekam Capital has announced the rebrand of the firm and the renaming of the Ekam Capital Income Fund to the Ekam Real Estate Credit Fund, marking the next stage in the strategy’s development following a successful three-year track record.

The fund provides diversified exposure to Australian commercial real estate credit through a multi-manager structure, developed alongside a group of wealth partners and family office cornerstone investors.

The rebrand introduces a refreshed identity and enhanced institutional framework, including independent trustee oversight and independent fund administration. The firm’s name, Ekam, derives from Sanskrit and means “One,” reflecting a single disciplined approach to credit investing aligned with investors.

“Over the past three years, we have delivered a successful track record through one of the most demanding environments the sector has faced,” said Robert Baharian, Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Ekam Capital.

“Our objective is to structure portfolios in a way that improves the odds of success for investors.”
