The Ekam Real Estate Credit Fund returned 0.58% for the month of January 2026, bringing the Fund's annualised return since inception to 9.14%, net of fees and expenses. Over the 12 months to 31 January 2026, the Fund delivered a net return of 9.05%, continuing to operate within the Fund's target return range of RBA cash rate plus 4.00%–5.00% per annum. The Fund's portfolio comprises 469 investments with a total facility limit of $6,014 million, a weighted average loan-to-value ratio of 65%, and senior debt representing 89% of total portfolio exposure.
